Compensation

Royal Roads University (RRU) manages its staff compensation based on our four guiding principles; performance based, transparent, fair and equitable, and aligned to the business model.

The fourth principal “aligned to the business model” is imperative this fiscal year as RRU relies on its cohesive profit formula to fund its reward programs; including compensation increases, health benefits, pension contributions and professional development, while being accountable to the government mandated framework.
