Welcome to Royal Roads University Payroll!

Here are a few things you need to know about your RRU payroll:

• Salaries are paid on a bi-weekly basis, every second Friday, up to and including payday.  If Friday is a statutory holiday, pay day will be the Thursday.
• Hourly wages are also paid bi-weekly every second Friday with a one-week hold back (Payroll cut-off is the Friday before payday).
• Payments are made only by direct deposit to your bank account.
• As part of our commitment to sustainability, we issue on-line pay statements instead of paper slips. You do have the option to print hard copies of your statements if needed.
