Reviews the importance of effective communication strategies in successful business ventures, and introduces the new field of e-commerce. Students are encouraged to put their knowledge to work through case studies and simulations. Credits: 3.0COMM445: Crisis Communication ManagementIntroduces and examines the strategic, theoretical and practical underpinning for global issues and crisis communication management within the public and private sectors, focusing on issues, risk and crisis communication in a contemporary organizational context.
