Department: Physical and Environmental ResourcesReference number: 17-077-C0090 Closing date: Friday, June 30, 2017 - 17:00Employment status: OngoingFull or part time: Part-timeCompetition status: Completed Job description: Reporting to the Supervisor, Custodial and Housekeeping Services, you will be responsible for providing custodial services for University facilities, including regular cleaning, custodial maintenance and sanitation of common areas of residences, rooms and buildings, cafeteria and gymnasium including the interior building surfaces, fixtures, furnishings and fittings contained within these facilities. You will provide heavier cleaning and sanitation of resident dorms when not occupied or on request (e.g. floors, walls, fabrics). You will maintain a high quality of upkeep and detailing of residence accommodation, lounges, hallways, entranceways and University house. In addition, you will be responsible for the physical appearance and cleanliness of assigned areas, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with applicable department, statutory codes and regulations, and for promoting the professional image presented by the University.
