In this integral role you will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of the Human Resources team and key departmental processes such as: recruitment, selection and onboarding support; employee contract preparation; reconciling utilization of the relocation assistance program; facilitation of the New Employee Orientation program; coordination of the monthly tour schedule for employees; and the management of the departmental filing system.Your commitment to service combined with your positive attitude, dedicated work ethic and superior communication and interpersonal skills will ensure you are well suited to this role. In this role you will also support the RRU Employee Experience through various departmental activities including recognition programs and events, as well as performing other related functions as assigned.
