In this role you will design, install and support the underlying infrastructure that lets technology operate smoothly for our staff, faculty and students. You will play an integral part of maintaining the data and voice networks, as well as data storage, virtualized server infrastructure, disaster recovery preparedness and network security. This position will be required to collaborate and communicate continuously with the IT Services team and the university community to ensure projects and initiatives are appropriately defined and successfully implemented or completed.Additionally, you will be required to operate systems in a maintainable fashion, keeping excellent documentation, implementing redundancy and applying sound security principals.
