The successful candidate for this short term contract will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of an International Youth Leadership program. The program will be both classroom and activity based, however, the successful candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of the classroom components only. Coursework will include Leadership methodologies and theory as well as effective cross-cultural communication strategies. This coursework will be specifically designed for training a group of Undergraduate students from China.
