Reporting through the Senior Portfolio Director, who is the lead in managing and coordinating the priorities of the VP&CFO portfolio, you will provide a full range of administrative support services and work in tandem with the Senior Portfolio Director to ensure the needs of the VP’s team are met. This includes providing a well-organized, efficient and professional front-line image when interacting with internal and external clients, direct reports, project teams and a variety of other stakeholders. You will also help to facilitate of communication and coordination of a multitude of activities with the Senior Portfolio Director including research and analysis, the development of briefing documents, and presentation materials to support business management processes and decision-making.Through your sound interpersonal abilities you will contribute to and enhance the strong stakeholder relationships currently established, both internal and external, with the VP &CFO team and build upon the strategic understanding of the function and the important role it plays within the larger RRU context.
