Updates to the 2018/19 e-PDP cycle

What's new??

In order to provide you with an improved experience as you are working within the HR Smart system, we have enhanced your editing abilities throughout the year, added a more streamlined approval process at year-end, and the automatic scheduler has been updated to better align for when e-PDP updates are being completed. 

The following are the 2018/19 e-PDP changes in more detail:

COMPETENCIES

  • Manager can now edit/delete competencies in the Planning phase
  • Manager can now add/edit competencies in both the Performance phases

GOALS

  • Manager can now retire and delete goals in the Planning phase
  • Manager can now add/edit/retire goals in both the Performance phases
  • Employee can now retire goals in the Planning phase
  • Employee can now add/edit/retire goals in both the Performance phases

JOURNAL ENTRIES

  • Manager and employee can now add/edit/delete Journal Entries at the Mid-Year Check-In

APPROVALS

  • 2nd Level Approver has been removed from the Final Assessment

CALENDAR/SCHEDULING
Planning Phase ends: July 31
Performance Phase Q1-Q2 ends: October 15
Mid-Year Check-in ends: December 15
Performance Phase Q3-Q4 ends: March 31
Final Assessment ends: May 30
Review Phase ends: May 30
